1. How to report alleged infringement

If you believe content on Tennis Life infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@tennislife.life including the items below. Submitting a complete notice helps us act quickly.

• Your contact information (name, email, and mailing address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do with a report

We review complete notices, and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing. We may notify the person who provided the material so they can respond.

3. Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@tennislife.life with your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

5. Designated Agent status

GUGA USA LLC has registered a DMCA Designated Agent (Copyright Agent) with the U.S. Copyright Office — registration number DMCA-1078918. Copyright notices may be directed to our Copyright Agent at support@tennislife.life.
