Terms of Service

1. Who operates the Service

Tennis Life is operated by GUGA USA LLC, a florida limited liability company. Where these Terms say "we," "us," or "our," they mean GUGA USA LLC. You can reach us at support@tennislife.life.

2. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under applicable consumer, privacy, child-protection, or data-protection law.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to hold an adult account. Accounts for children are created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian as described below and in our Children's Privacy Notice.

4. Minor accounts

Tennis Life is used by junior athletes. A minor may use the Service only under an account governed by a parent or guardian, or as a player managed within a parent- or coach-led team. A child cannot provide the consents required for their own account; those are given by the parent or guardian.

5. Parent / guardian authority

A verified parent or guardian may set up, manage, and delete a minor's account, control privacy and sharing settings, and review or request deletion of the minor's information. Guardian authority is not permanent: when a minor reaches adulthood, that status is removed and the account transitions to an adult account.

6. Account registration and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Sign-in is by email and password or by Sign in with Apple or Google. Tell us promptly at support@tennislife.life if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Player, Coach, Manager, and Parent roles

The Service supports Player, Coach, Manager, and Parent roles within a team. A role label is presentation only and by itself grants no access to another person's data; access is governed by explicit, section-level permissions.

8. Permission-based sharing

Being connected to another user is not the same as having access to their data. Sharing of sensitive areas — such as health and recovery, journal, and private files — requires an explicit permission grant, and can be revoked. Removing a connection revokes the associated access.

9. AI Mentor

The Service includes an AI Mentor that provides coaching-style guidance based on the information available to it under your permission settings. Your private Mentor conversations are personal to you and are not automatically visible to a coach, parent, or manager.

10. Health and wellness disclaimer

Tennis Life is a coaching and training product, not a medical device or a provider of medical advice. Guidance, recovery figures, and wellness insights are informational only and do not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified professional. Seek professional care for any injury or health concern.

11. Your content and the license you give us

You retain the ownership you already hold in the content you add — notes, journal entries, match data, photos, and videos. You grant GUGA USA LLC a limited license to host, store, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content, and to generate the insights you request, only as needed to operate the Service and provide it to you and the users you have authorized.

This license is not unrestricted, perpetual, or a right to sell or resell your content. It ends or narrows appropriately after you delete content or your account, except for copies we must keep to meet a legal obligation.

12. Private uploads

Files you upload privately — such as journal attachments, private video, and personal knowledge materials — are stored in private storage and are accessible only to you and to users you have specifically authorized. We do not make your private uploads public.

13. Platform intellectual property

GUGA USA LLC retains all rights in the Tennis Life brand, source code, user interface, proprietary algorithms, its own content, database structure, internal systems, and training materials it creates. We do not claim ownership of your original uploaded video or other original content simply because you uploaded it.

14. AI-generated output

• AI output may contain errors and may not be unique to you.
• Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the AI output generated for your account.
• We do not guarantee that AI output is professionally or medically accurate.
• AI output does not override the judgment of a coach or a medical professional.

15. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. The price shown at purchase is the price set by the applicable store for your storefront; we do not display a fixed price that differs from the store's.

16. Free trials

A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The trial terms shown at sign-up, including length and the price after the trial, control.

17. AI Credits

AI Credits are digital service credits used to access certain AI features. They are not currency, a deposit, a bank balance, or an investment, and they are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires.

AI Credits do not silently expire. If an expiration is ever introduced, it will be disclosed before purchase.

18. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

19. Refunds and store handling

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund and billing policies, and refunds for those purchases are handled by the store. Where we bill directly, we handle refunds in accordance with applicable law.

20. Third-party integrations

You may connect optional third-party services such as WHOOP, Apple Health, and a rating provider. Each connection is optional, is limited to what the feature needs, and can be disconnected. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's own terms.

21. External content links

The Service may link to third-party content such as videos or music. We do not control that content and do not transmit sensitive context about you in outbound links. Following an external link is at your own discretion and subject to the third party's terms.

22. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to harm others.

23. Child safety

We prohibit any exploitation, abuse, grooming, harassment, or inappropriate contact involving minors, as detailed in our Child Safety Standards. We act on reports and cooperate with lawful reporting obligations.

24. Copyright

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, you can submit a complaint as described in our Copyright policy. We remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

25. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates a safety or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

26. Account deletion

You can delete your account from within the Service. Deletion removes your account and the server-stored data linked to it, other than data we must retain to meet a legal obligation. Email is not the only way to request deletion.

27. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service.

28. Disclaimers

Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. This does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

29. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUGA USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under applicable consumer-protection law.

30. Indemnity

Indemnification scope is reserved for confirmation by legal counsel before public launch and is intentionally left non-final here rather than guessed.

31. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of the user's place of residence apply and cannot lawfully be waived.

Florida is the state of formation of GUGA USA LLC and the chosen governing law for this version of the Terms. This does not remove non-waivable rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.

32. Dispute mechanism

Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, judicial proceedings relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Florida.

This version does not require arbitration and does not include a class-action waiver. Introducing arbitration later would be a material change requiring separate legal review and renewed notice or consent.

33. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice within the Service and, where required, ask you to review or re-accept before continuing.
