Our standards for keeping young athletes safe.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Tennis Life, operated by GUGA USA LLC, is used by junior athletes and their families. We have zero tolerance for child endangerment and enforce the following standards.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Child sexual abuse and exploitation of any kind.
  • Any sexual content involving a minor.
  • Grooming or any attempt to build inappropriate trust with a minor.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats.
  • Impersonation of another person.
  • Inappropriate adult–minor contact, including attempts to move a minor to a private or unmonitored channel.

2. How connections and contact work

Tennis Life does not offer random or anonymous chat. Contact happens within known team relationships, and a parent or guardian can manage and stop a coach's ability to message a minor. Being connected does not grant access to a minor's private areas.

3. Reporting

Anyone can report unsafe behavior or content. Use in-app reporting where available, or contact us directly at support@tennislife.life. We review reports and act on them.

4. Enforcement

Violations lead to action up to and including content removal and account suspension or termination. We may preserve relevant information as needed to investigate and to meet legal obligations.

5. Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with lawful reporting obligations and with appropriate authorities and child-safety organizations where required by law.
